"We went down to Bar Louie, unexpectedly, like the company holiday after the party. It wasn't all of us, but there were more people there than I expected. EVERY staff was helpful, patient and fast, while still the rest of the bar. I don't drink, and the soda machine was out. A server in the middle of chaos took the time to go through the non-alcoholic options as if we had all the time in the world while servers, barbacks, customers fade in the background. I'm in love with Anana's ginger cooler. All I could do was admire how the amazing, incredible work the whole team kept the guests happy to get everything they wanted in their power. (Every time there was a need to swing, soda machine out, food went to another table, new menu because of the hour, I looked out how the messenger felt the pain from him worse than I did again various servers each time. I wish there were more stars. I've been working short in the service industry in my 50s, and I've never seen such a phenomenal service as I saw last night. Kudos to the whole team that worked this shift. Everything was great."

"This must be the best restaurant in the city centre. We ordered some things here and they're all good. I love the Shady Side Crab Cakes. During the pandemic they take orders from the front so it is easy to drive and get your food on board."

"Had a reservation for the dining room, but they tried to put us on the bar when they tried to close the es tab. for New Year eve they were pretty busy and did not seem to have the best coordination, eating was good and the woman that our server was great, but seemed to be stretched thin and cover for other areas, then it was not worth the high price they charge"
