"So disappointed in the $43 Lou’s pizza that was just delivered tonight from the Bolingbrook store. I was so looking forward to this after a day of fasting for a medical procedure. Damn! I ordered the pizza to be cooked “well done” expecting a crispy charred crust. Nope. What was supposed to be a well done and crispy pizza order came as a limp soggy crust except for the very edges. Toppings slid right off. Last time they screwed up my order, too. At least this time, they prepared the pizza with the correct toppings. Lou Malnati’s is a very good pizza and I like it a lot. It’s just this store seems to not pay attention to their online order requests. Two orders, two screwups. And with delivery, there’s really nothing I can do except review."

"Here 's what happened just 30 mins ago.... I went to little Ceasars and ordered 1 extramostbestest pepperoni and 1 combo crazy bread. When I came in to pick up my order, I noticed that it seems like it 's not my order. I asked the crew if it 's for my name like 4 times to make sure that it 's really for me...he was very sure that it was mine. Since it 's my first time to order extramostbestest ..I thought that 's the deal I 'm gonna get. But when I arrived home, I checked the boxes and there 's 2 special stuffed crust pizza, italian cheese bread and 2 crazy bread. It was a lot!! I felt bad for them so I called them back right away and asked if they want it back coz I got the wrong order. But instead, he wanted me to keep everything and just go back there to pick up the right order. Isn 't that crazy?? I said I don 't need anymore pizza. This is a lot. So he took my name and phone number to give me store credit next time I visit them. I really feel sorry for them but....well...I 'll take it. So in return, I 'll give them 5 stars for their good ethics. Kudos to all of you guys there especially the manager Damien."

"The food was gross and tasted like it sat for a longtime before we got it. We ordered boneless wings that came with no sauce on pretty much frozen fried chicken nuggets. I got the wedge with a steak and the steak was cold. The pecans in the salad were so old and hard they stuck to my teeth. Nothing was hot and fresh and fries smelled like old grease."
