"We were a party of 12. Matthew and the team greeted us with a warm welcome and the service we received throughout the evening was great. We had a range of starters and mains all washed down with a few bottles of wine for the girls and beer for the boys! The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend the garlic mushrooms which were one of the best I've ever had (and I'm very fussy with my garlic mushrooms! and the penne arrabiata was tasty. All the food came out together (nobody waiting while others were eating and it was hot (not luke warm like some places! Two of the girls ordered the lamb off the specials board but found it a little tough so Matthew gave us some Tiramisu on the house which was appreciated. The restaurant was clean and cosy and we will definitely be back next time we visit Bournemouth!"

"It was a busy Bank Holiday Monday and Covid 19 restricted customer numbers so we were glad that Frankie and Benny’s took our booking! We ordered the tasty Ultra Macaroni cheese with bacon) £10.80 and the Caesar Salad with chicken) £11.40. Both tasted great – although the Caesar dressing might have been forgotten on the salad! I ordered a large glass of Shiraz £7.00) and a garlic bread starter. But the garlic bread starter only arrived after the main course. I also ordered a delicious Tiramisu. The cheerful responsive waiter apologised profusely for the mistake with our starter and promptly took off any charge for the wine, the garlic bread and the dessert. So, a full meal for two cost only £22.20. Well done Frankie and Benny’s! That’s what I call generous and excellent customer service."
