"Visited for lunch 6/12/19. Finally, I made the trip to try out one of only two Michelin star restaurants in Orange County. A taco shop, no less. Of course I had high expectations. When I entered, I immediately knew I would eat on the terrace. It was a warm day and the fire in the cooking station left the room stifling. I had the Caesar salad that was good, crunchy cool salad in a lemony Caesar dress. The iced tea was also great with lots of ice cream as I like it. Then I went on to the net, a pork cheek taco and a peace fish taco. I am in the fish taco and the fish was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside as it should be. The cabbage was fresh, and the citrus added a beautiful refreshing bite. But what is that? A taste of something burned. It could not be the fish; it was a beautiful golden color, but the taste was there. It seemed like it had been boiled in oil, where something had been burned before. Oh, disappointment. So I went on to the pork taco. The pig was also nicely crisp on the outside and delicate on the inside and the green salsa was also good. Unfortunately the salsa was so overwhelming, it completely masked the taste of the pig (the star of this show). Argh, disappointment. I will now discuss the blue corstortillas used for both tacos. I love Maistortillas. At least I love good corstortillas. But when I entered this, it was like I fed into a medium density foam rubber. They were rubber! Argh, disappointment. Finally, during the meal I asked for a refreshment on tea. Because of all the ice it went fast. I was informed that there are no refills and I would have to get another at full cost. That was $8.00 for probably 6 to 8 ounces of tea. Argh, robbery."

"Run!! We had a reservation for 2 rooms. Arrived at 2 and were told one room was ready and the other would be ready soon. We checked in and went to an event. Came back several hours later to find that there still is no second room available. We had to put our name on a list not sure why that wasn't done hours ago. No idea when this second room may become available and the manager is hiding somewhere in the back room. She won't even come out and talk to people waiting in the lobby. I won't ever book at a Hilton again!! One more thing the one room we did get was dirty! We told the front desk. It it was never cleaned. Check out the hair on the shower wall."

"Cool hole in the wall. Hip music. Great service. The avocado toast for Saturday brunch was absolutely delicious. The homemade foccacia was fantastic. I was skeptical of Cucumbers on the toast, but it worked totally and brought everything together by adding such a brightness. The classic burrito and hot sauce was perfect. Good drinks, good food, relaxed/unpredictable vibes. Come on!"
