"Very disappointed! My daughter ordered us some food on line, were told it would be 20 minutes. Went to pick up dinner, and the place was busy. There were several people wanting to pick up food, and I tried to tell the young man at the counter the name on my order, he told me that they were working on it. I hadn't even told him the name. I got there 25 minutes after the order was placed, and ended up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes in the restaurant trying to get someone to check on the order. When I finally did get the young man to check, after having been told by him that he was busy, he couldn't find the order on their computer. He looked around, and the order had been sitting there since I had arrived. It was soup, Mac and cheese, and a salad. In their infinite wisdom, they placed the hot food on top of the cold, and after having to wait as long as I did, the soup, and Mac and cheese were tepid, and the salad was getting warm. Don't know what to tell you, other than I will not be back. And I don't like being treated like I'm a bother when I am a paying customer. It as definitely not worth the $36 I spent."

"The Bonefish Grill Experience (Online Order/Curbside Edition). I decided to venture to Greensboro and knew Bonefish Grill would be one of my stops. Where I reside now in Winston-Salem, we used to have a Bonefish Grill, but it closed soon after the COVID-19 pandemic hit. I originally wanted to eat inside and get the whole dining experience, but late reservations were the only thing available. So I opt-in placing an online order. I ordered mussels made with tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, and lemon wine sauce. Also, I selected the Imperial Dip made with shrimp, lump crab, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses with a side of seasoned house-made tortilla chips. I also ordered a seasonal special, the Baja Scallops and Shrimp Scampi Pasta made with bay scallops, tossed with shrimp in a garlic scampi sauce, topped with fresh tomatoes over linguini. I also ordered a side of spinach. The online ordering system gave me a 45 minute pick-up time and was easy to use. I pulled beside the curbside pick-up sign upon arriving after the designated timeframe. After parking, someone came outside to ask for my name. After giving my name, my bag of food came out. Once home, I warmed up my meal and found the mussels sauce delicious but did find some grit in one or two of them. The Imperial Dip was pretty good, but I felt it would have been better if eaten at the restaurant. The Baja Scallops and Shrimp Scampi Pasta had no flavor and needed a ton of salt and pepper. A selection such as pasta at a fish place was my fault. So would I go back to Bonefish Grill? I would go back to Bonefish but probably opt-out of ordering takeout. Instead, I would dine in and get the whole experience. The cheeses from the dip did not hold up on the ride home, and microwaving did not provide the taste as if eaten from stove to table. In addition, the pasta dish was not the best representation of Bonefish Grill. Yet, I would be willing to give them another try if and when in the area again."

"This used to be the best place to go, no matter what location but lately it's not been anywhere near. Cold hard rolls when we were seated, waitress took forever and they were not busy at all, took two hours from being seated to get our entrees, appetizers were wrong, when we finally got our food a different waitress brought our steaks but not the sides, said they were waiting on fries to cook, they brought my son's but not mine, brought my sweet potato but no butter and brown sugar/cinnamon like I asked for so had to ask for that and ask again about my fries, we both ordered cheese and bacon on our fries, they must have put mine on his because mine were so sad when they finally came out. Went to eat our steaks, his wasn't cooked to order but at this point we just wanted food and to leave, we are traveling and need to get back on the road. Then I start eating my steak and one entire side is nothing but gristle and shards of bone like substance (I ordered a sirloin the knife wouldn't even cut through it. Asked for a remake and the waitress took my steak back to ask if they would. Asked for fresh rolls they brought some that I think were old and they tried to run them through to warm them up so they would seem fresh because they were so hard we could drum on them with a knife and fork and didn't crack. Guess I will have something to play with while waiting on the remake. Still sitting here forever, ready to just walk out. (Adding pictures of my son's double order of loaded fries compared to mine. A side note, the waitress for the table next to ours has seated, served, and reseated 3 different parties since the time we have been seated. And all of those were bigger parties than ours."
