"Booked table online and followed up with a phone call specifically confirming ‘oyster’ promotion. Arrived at venue only to find that oysters were unavailable after standing in a long queue. (Strike 1) Ordered steamed mussels for each my wife and I as an alternative entree which took some to arrive. Mussels were unpleasently salty ! (Strike 2) Nervously went up and ordered main meals. Pasta with prawn salmon came swimming in bowl of oil butter. My roast of the day was nothing special and meat was tough. Very disappointed when spending just under $200 for two meals and bottle of wine. Both the service personal spoken with did not take much interest in our feedback and did not offer any sincere apologies nor compensation. Noticed Manager on duty take down oyster promotion from electronic promotion boards post my feedback. Not once did he reach out or make make contact even after knowing of our poor experiences? Very unprofessional handling of our visit to say the least and I would hope nobody experiencing the same. Food was less than average and overpriced. Not likely to return unless either efforts made to reach out to me or change in operations Unfortunately, our assumption is the affiliated hotel which is local to the Old England would be the same so we shall avoid visiting the venue also."

"I have never been a fan of McDonald’s, but I decided to give their cold drinks a try when I was in Heidelberg station because I could not find any other shops. I checked the menu outside and asked for a Frappe. Then, they told me they have 2 Frappe options so I picked one of them and when I saw what they were mixing I was shocked! They added to a cup of ice some bottled milk and bottled cold coffee! That was the frappe for them! I could have bought these items and mixed them from any shop myself! They need to train their staff to make proper drinks before they add them to a menu! I gave the 1 star option because there is no 0 star option"
