"I came here for my birthday dinner with some friends the other night. We were seated relatively quickly, but waited for ages for someone to take our order. I had to indicate to a passing waitress that we were ready to order, as we were being ignored.We ordered a starter between the four of us, a main each and a bottle of wine. The mains arrived before the starter, and we had to ask twice for the wine, which eventually arrived after we were half way through our mains. Not only did everything arrive out of order, but the wine was not the bottle we had ordered. Then my friend found a hair in her pizza, and when she mentioned this to a waitress, it was dismissed in such a tone which made us feel that the waitress did not believe her. Another waitress came over and told us it wasn't one of the chef's hairs, but that shouldn't have mattered as there was still a hair in my friend's food. The only positive about this meal out was that the food was nice.When we asked for the bill the staff had not charged us for my friend's pizza which was appreciated, but I still felt like we paid an awful lot for terrible service and rude waiting staff. I won't be recommending this place to anyone."
