"Our visit was certainly a nicer experience than my two previous attempts when they still had that silly blackboard menu and inedible pasta. The "new" printed menu now has a nice range of Italian options and while the total bar service remains a few beers from a glass fronted cooler and a limited range of wines, the food has been upgraded significantly...to a point.My salad was a nice presentation but the greens were totally wilted.The fettuccine with seafood was delectable with the pasta nicely al dente and a very thick (cheesy) but succulent sauce. The shrimp (2) were nicely done as were the scallops (2) and the mussels (4) while the small pieces of calamari (2) were hidden in the pasta. Not great value for $23. The red house wine (Merlot) was pricey at $7.50 a glass but at least it was 2/3rds of a good-sized glass and not the usual pretentious "6 oz" you're usually offered."
