"It wasn't busy on a Tuesday evening so we got a table right away. I didn't catch the name of the hostess but she was very nice. Our server was August and he was great. We ordered ribeyes with mac and cheese and salad. Our salads were fresh and served with warm bread and butter. We got our food quick and it was hot. The steaks were cooked perfect just a bit to much seasoning. Mac and cheese was delicious thick and creamy. We were to full to get dessert but it did look tempting. This nice place to have a good meal"

"The food was bad and the server bartender was rude; I told her that I expected my sandwich to come with some sort of bread. Chicken and tuna salad tasted old and the fries were odd tasting. I basically took 3 small bites and gave full plate back. Server didn 't even comment. Won 't be eating there again. The atmosphere was nice, hence the 2 stars."

"Get the chicken scallopini and a caesar salad. You’ll thank me later. The Taste of Italy is also great. Haven’t had anything bad from there. $8.99 one topping pizza carry out. It’s the best pie in Rockford. They also give veterans discounts on most non special items and minus any booze. Dine in always has great service and a nice, clean, family oriented environment."
