"I had the vegetarian skillet and my husband had the pulled pork skillet. Both were delicious! That pesto hollandaise is amazing! Great service and good home cooking. A winning combination in my opinion. We'll be back again and again."

"Interesting pub with good food and good service. Many regulars which seem to focus on automated gambling. Would be nicer if this was separated more. Pub is freezing when cold out Parking specified for motorcycles is always full of regulars cars."

"I like White spot because no matter what town you're in, you generally know what kind of meal you're going to get and there's a good selection. That said, this one was a little lower than average. The Monty Mushroom burger was okay but nothing...to write home about. At most restaurants, since I'm not a big bread eater, I always ask for everything but the bun but I usually only get an overdone patty, hunk of lettuce, tomato, onion and if I'm really lucky, a pickle. Although in this case I got a couple of little mushroom slices as well. I rarely get sauce. I'm assuming most restaurant cooks don't realize how pathetic their burgers really are when there isn't a fat bun and enough sauce dripping out to make the burger seem like it's actually moist. The accompanying Caesar salad was just kind of soggy and didn't really want to be there. It was all pretty average with a rich price and only fair to middling service. Fortunately I was there for a meeting and the food wasn't the primary reason for being there."
