"This review is for the Maple Ridge location. Downhill service for sure! Not sure if it’s Covid related but the quality has plummeted in the past few months. Very little toppings and cheese does not taste fresh maybe previously frozen? we ordered the managers special 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and 2 orders of their advertised 7.99 butter chicken and rice or naan. We ordered an extra order of Naan. I gave them a 90 min window until pick up. I get there on time and the manager very unfriendly tells me the order is...wait for it..64.15 plus tax!!! I explained what I ordered and he would not listen and wanted his 64+tax because the food was already made. The pizza tasted stale and the butter chicken was watery. The naan was from a Costco package. I like to support local business but this was just terrible!"

"Update Mar2021: After quite sometime I accompanied friends for a weekday lunch. It wasn’t too busy at 12:45pm surprisingly. We all ordered the Legendary Burger (lettuce, tomato, onion and bottomless fries) $15.99. Pro tip: order 000 sauce on the side to dip fries. Service was good, after the initial check that everything was ok, she didn’t come back after to see if we wanted more fries so I’m guessing they didn’t really encourage it. Burger was good, still what you expect. The 000 sauce giving it that distinct White Spot flavour. Prices as you can imagine have gone up with most burgers in the $18 $21 range. Nice interior and very good service during a late lunch on a snowy, cold Monday. Menu selection has gotten more upscale with the usual favourite standbys. Endless fries and free coffee refills still offered at this location. Fish and Chips(2pce.cod) $15.99 and Chicken Potpie(from dinner menu) $14.99 was delicious. New item Beef and Mushroom Bowl $16.99 (aka beef potpie) was good."

"Worst customer service ever. I order from this place everytime and for the first while it was OK but if you have anything wrong with your order... Good luck! Part of my order was not received and the driver told me he had it in his car and would be right back and then just left. I tried calling and couldn't get through until the third try where the lady flat out told me I was wrong even though I had my receipt and instead of making it better she just hung up on me. I will never order from this place again... Terrible customer service."

"We love this restaurant and frequently visit!Best Italian in the LML hands down. Amazing food that real and not processed. Thomas is our favourite server and he never fails to impress! I highly recommend!Re: the décor....It could be improved or perhaps revamped and I don't think I have ever faced the window. For someone who has never been it's not bad at all but I agree that some improvement would put this spot over the top :)"

"Worst meal I had ever. Burger was loaded with finely chopped red onions. The meat had a frozen patty taste to it. The burger was served in a pizza box with the bun, toppings and patty scattered through the pizza box. Chicken quesadillas was even...more embarrassing. Hardly any chicken and cheese.served cold. Salad was served in a styrofoam cup and was basically just lettuce. The dressing was disgusting. It was like gelatin. One positive. The beer was cold. Well done. Management did not care about our concerns about the food. Do not spend your money here."
