"Popped over to PF Chang’s for our anniversary dinner. The lettuce wraps were so good. I would come back and order just those as my entree. The coconut mojito was amazing and the coconut was so creamy. They said they had no bartender but our server whipped these up and honestly I wouldn’t have known if they hadn’t told me. The only downside was our food took over 45 min and by the time it came they said they were closed and we couldn’t order a bottle of wine with our dinner. They did make an exception and let us order another cocktail though. Entrees we’re also pretty cold by the time they made it to the table but food was still good. We ordered the Kung Pao and Mongolian beef. I imagine if it was hot it would have been 10/10 like the lettuce wraps. Our server was so kind and checked in on us despite the longer wait for food. Good customer service would just plan to have extra time when making your reservations."
