"A work friendly place. Staff is extremely courteous and well trained. Good food and drinks. There are mini office rooms for work gatherings. Worth the time and money. Clean Toilet. Good music. Great initative by Dilmah Need a couple of round pin plugs bit too cold but thats subjective and they increase the temp when requested. lunch options were restricted to Biryani and Noodles. All in all great experience. Again, great service by the staff."

"We have really enjoyed the service and food until today We had to meet with an unpleasant experience today as one member of the staff had charged us extra money because of his mistake.... Our problem was not regarding the money actually, it was the way he treated us.... It was totally unacceptable.... And we used to come and enjoy sometimes once a week, and sometimes almost each day of the week... The regular staff here was really good and they always provided a great service..... My advice is to come here on regular days when the original staff is not on leave...."
