"On advice of a colleague we go to lunch in this risotorante to eat the great cordon bleu from 600g. Unfortunately, after a 20-minute wait we are served almost completely raw. We point out, the kind waitress apologizes and takes him back to the kitchen. After 10 minutes he returns with the bleu cordon and. They're both raw. "There seems to always been a long queue before the tunnel so stop here for a break and refreshment.Typically busy and unfortunately as usual all the bins starting to overflow. However, toilets clean and got efficient service in the cafe.There is an adjacent walk if you go through the gate which takes you along the stream. It was good to stretch the legs before getting on with our journey."

"Not often you find exactly what you are looking for. Bed and Bike Tremola is a rare find. We planned an overnight in the vicinity of Airolo to attempt a ride over San Gottardo on our way to Italy. Our only regret is we stayed only one night. Luca, Tania and Ruun are exceptional hosts. And the fully equipped bike workshop came in handy the next morning! I think the review below from John G in 2019 sums up what Luca and staff are doing much better than I can so I copy it below... A privilege When we ate a fixed price, multi-course lunch earlier this month at Osteria Tremola we felt as if each course came from the heart. This chef creates dishes as a serious act of self-expression and his cooking reflects an inner commitment to delicious flavors,"
