"Here's what I know: Like most people here I've been visiting this restaurant regularly for years. I don't know the owner outside his restaurant, but I had enough interactions with him to know he's not completely without compassion. He treats both personnel and cartridges with the greatest respect. Some of these people were family members of me. Here is something else I know: As a medical professional of about 10 years I understand the average person, compassionate or not, does not understand that some people do of certain behavioral disorders such as dementia. And so will not react to high stress situations with patience or empathy in the way that I or someone would personally be affected. I also know that this is not an excuse, but I also know that there are other pages here. It was regrettable and yes, the owner owes a personal apology to the cartridges concerned. But the whole reaction to this incident is ridiculous. This facility is longer here than some of us live if not so long. It was a cornerstone in this city. The owners and staff have miracles for many people here not entirely associated with serving good food. The people in this restaurant are family in every sense of the word for some of us. There is no reason why, both as individuals and as a community, we cannot get together positively for all those involved. If you don't want, that's your choice and right. But all this torch/pitchfork-mob mentality is completely retroactive and unnecessary."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would, there was a service that was terrible. the personal was rude and treated us as we did not. they were very slow when we ordered 4 little things, it took at least 45 minutes to give us our food. the worst service I've ever seen."

"They have great raisin bread and apple fritters at good prices. Their Nissua can be pretty dry but tasted good. It's better if you microwave it for a few seconds. Their donuts are good. Nice people!"

"Me myself I'm kind of a plain person don't like apple cider or all of those different flavored stuff but I will say that Brant's is a very cool place to visit has all kinds of Apple's and of course those r good and they also have donuts and food to eat also so if u get a chance stop by I don't think you will be disappointed"
