"My man, daughter and mother ordered an egg in caffe. When I came in with my two youngs, the dame on the theke said very rude that we could not eat inside because my young ice cream from another eat. I thought that was really infancy and went right away. this is not the type of treatment they expect at a tourist site. the people in bad gastein are friendly and the service is excellent, but this caffe is a great disappointment."

"The cafe is located at the north side of Bad Hofgastein where the location can be also reached by walking upto the hill. There is an amazing view where you can also get a little bit warm with sunbathing.The menu includes local desert tastes and typical coffee selections. I recommend to the couples without children for a silent break."

"Noch vor einiger Zeit war das Hallenbadrestaurant sehr zu empfehlen, bei unserem jetzigen Besuch waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht. Eigenartig war schon der vollkommen leere Speisesaal! Zwar umfangreiche Speisekarte, aber schlechter Service, nicht wirklich gute Speisen, zusammengefasst, wir waren einigermaßen enttäuscht!"

"We stopped here on our way up the waterfall walk, and were not disappointed. The cafe is set slightly above the town and has beautiful views over the town and valley. Having read previous reviews, we ordered the Heidelbeertopfenstrudel and Heidelbeermilch. It was perhaps the best Topfenstrudel we've ever had. Each piece was absolutely huge and could easily have fed 2 people, and it only cost 2,70€. The Heidelbeermilch was also great.The only disappointment was the radio playing Austrian 'pop' music out on the terrace, which kind of spoiled the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely visit again."

"This looks like a lovely cafe - cool decor and very clean. However the waitress was quite unfriendly - not sure if that's because her English was limited but then we were in her country so why weren't we speaking German more?! Anyway - her manner was unfriendly and she didn't smile once. However the male (manager?) was lovely and courteous. The food was ok though our 2yr old son's 'children's' size penne pasta dish was huge and only 1 euro less than adult size so half of it was wasted as it was too much for him. It was also mostly pasta and very little bolognese sauce. My trout main was nice but very buttery."

"L'hotel è carino dispone di vari giochi per bambini e ragazzi.La colazione è abbondante e buona. L'unico vero problema secondo me di cui dispone l hotel è che non ci sono passegiate nei boschi nelle vicinanze...L hotel sta in mezzo ai prati..."
