"Original Post: We have been coming to Berghäusl for years, whenever we are in the Berchtesgadener Land. It's a hotel restaurant. We couldn't evaluate the hotel. The restaurant is quite large and usually well visited, but the two services simply create the service. The same applies to the terrace, which is separated only from the road through the parking lot. The menu is quite large and there is something for everyone. The portions are also very large, so you can order a small part in some dishes. There is a daily changing daily map that is repeated after a week. Prices for the daily ticket from EUR 8.50 to EUR 9.90. In the afternoon there is a coffee offer: 1 oat coffee and a piece of cake of choice EUR 4.50. The top hat in this house is the Kaiserschmarrn. Taste, color, fresh fruit and apple compote. Lace!!! The only thing to do with the mountain is the menu. Here, but for years someone has died in word applications. The most impossible cliparts were inserted here and all conceivable fonts and sizes are available. One of the most confusing wild menus we have ever seen. Here is: less is more. (Maybe no one has said this to the host, but perhaps he reads it now and creates means). 5 stars and 1 star trigger for the menu. Update September 2012: We were back a few times in the Berghäusl and need to correct our June review to 5 stars. Although the menu has not changed, it was also the last months high season. However, we can no longer reduce the quality of the house, which was demonstrated by the presentation of the menu. Until now we have not mentioned the toilet facilities that could already make another star alone. Absolutely clean, top modern, to use everything without touching the valves. We'll be back next year. Update October 2013: Menu does not change to 5 stars yet. Update 26.06.2018: Unfortunately, a lot has changed in the Berghaeusl. The scope of the new menu has become considerably smaller, but more attractive there are one or two daily dishes, at a normal price. Lunch time is not open yet, only from 2:00. If someone else wants to eat. The price structure has unfortunately also moved upwards. There are points and 3 stars."
