"Super disappointed and disgusted with this Tim Hortons. Let me tell you 3 reasons why. 1. There were flys hovering over the limited donuts that they had out. (I’ve attached pictures ? 2. Our cashier, Ms Mcayla (not sure if she gave me her correct name, but she also happened to get captured in the pictures I’ve added of the donuts. . Anyways so Ms Mcayla had very bad attitude with us. Super rude and sarcastic behavior. Probably one of the ONLY Tim Hortons in which I’ve seen bad customer service. And last but not the least 3. Awfully slow service urgency could’ve been shown by the staff but they didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend but limited options."

"A few months ago I ate a chicken snack wrap and found mold on my wrap. I called them without much of a response. Decided the end of my visits to McDonald's. Yesterday on our way out of town we reluctantly stopped for breakfast. They had no eggs after telling us we were the last that could get breakfast. Hmm not starting the year out well. Then the turn around. Julie the manager was amazing and accomidated us with the new burger with potatoe. She was wonderful as were all the staff. It was the best burger I have ever had. So Julie won me over. I may not order another snack wrap but will always order their coffee.Thank you Julie and staff."

"My last review was of how poor the quality of food was at KFC Brockville. Along with the review here at TripAdvisor I had also complained to KFC directly via their website. My complaint to KFC did not go unnoticed, soon after the Manger here in Brockville called to apologize for my experience and offered a complimentary bucket of chicken. The manager explained the cook at that time has been replaced. So how was the new experience? I will say the chicken was much better as compared to previous, but still not what I had hoped. The New Chicken was less greasy than before but still greasy, the grease would run down your hands after eating a piece of chicken. The bottom of the bucket had about 4 tablespoons of oil. I will give benefit of the doubt as the chicken had just been cooked and probably didn't have much time under the heat lamp, possibly the grease did not have time to be removed. The inside of the chicken had red to it, slightly under cooked. I'm not an expert in cooking chicken in oil but I would say it's not being cooked hot enough or long enough. We will try KFC Brocville again but the next experience will definitely be the deciding factor if we ever return."

"We do subway at least once a week...the food is always fresh and made exactly how we like it....and we can quickly get to the waterfront to enjoy it, watching the boats go by!"

"So we went for milkshakes today... Yes the milkshakes are amazing at BK! What is NOT great is the customer service!!! I know everywhere is struggling to find staff, I get it, but if you're working with the public a tiny bit of kindness and looking like you like your job goes a long way! Acknowledging customers, actually speaking to them not just looking at them, we're not mind readers! I know times are hard but honestly I'll go elsewhere before I'll deal with ignorant employees like today!"
