"My second outing to Bau Truong, and it was just as good, if not better, than the first. I went with friends who are regulars here and who know what to order, so I leave it in their capable hands to choose us some delicious food. And what food it was! We had a sort of tapas style meal here, where we ordered lots of little nibbly things. And everything was just delicious. I can't even think of a standout. The sticky rice was very yummy, and my favourite would definitely be the prawn crackers with the pork and noddles on top. So more-ish! Loved the stuffed squid and the pineapple rice, although the rice paper rolls seemed to have a funny smell. If you want good, authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to come. It's not fancy or glamourous in any way, shape or form, but who cares - the food is beyond amazing."

"As we talked into the place we saw that this place was not busy, there was another restaurant that was busy next ro Pho Tau Bay. At first I was so surprised that the pho was a bit overpriced, usually its around 10 - 13 dollars. But in this place is 16 - 17 dollars, going to be honest. There are better place to get pho, this place is just okay, a bit below adverage.<br>

Nothing much about the place, as you enter the place it was really quiet. The owner greet us with a smile and shown us where to seat. Not going to complain about the portion, they give you a lot of meat and beef balls if you order Pho rare beef with beef balls. Also the noodles was overcooked when I order my pho."

"Low prices are very deceiving. Went in to order a Bo Nhung Giam advertised outside as $17, only to go in and realise the $17 is for a single serving (it was so small, it was more like a child's serving) and the picture outside was actually for a double portion which is $32. When I asked why it is $32 when the advertised $17 is literally right outside and nowhere does it say single serving I was met with annoyance by staff who basically told me to pay and leave. Horrible service and deceptive business. practices."

"Went here today for lunch. I'm happy with friendly staff but I think the food is not well-seasoning. Order 1 bánh xèo (super crispy i love it!) and 1 hủ tiếu xào. The hủ tiếu was not salty enough so we had to add more soy sauce in there. The generous amount of veggie for bánh xèo is ❤️. Cost $31 for 2!"
