"We had to send both entree and main meal back.We both had the same meals and neither looked the same. When asked if there was any other menu we were told no. On paying we saw a special menu for seafood platter for two when...the wait staff was asked if they were out of the seafood platter they replied no. We then questioned why when we were told no other menu/ They said sorry. I then said we had been there many times before but would never be back the attitude was who cares. If the problem is penalty wages don't open rather than give poor service and below par food."

"We had heard wonderful things about this venue and were eager to try it for ourselves. We certainly were not dissapointed!! The wait staff could not do enough for us, bar staff were even willing to make a drink not listed on the cocktail menu....Our meals came out very quickly, well presented and also delicious. There was live music which was really great and added to the wonderful ambience.. couldn't fault this venue. Highly recommend"

"This is one of the worst restaurants we have ever visited, about rated and about price. Not only eating under the average is the service (by the owner/manager) appreciable. I had ordered a steak medium too well and it was blue, I could only eat. the outside of the steak (steak served on mashing). the waiter has actually suggested that the chef cook the steak again on the grill. because the manager wouldn't come and talk to us and we didn't think it was fair that the waiter is back and forth, we went to the manager. she wanted to argue and let the chef come and talk about how a medium should look good steak. I only asked 50% of steak not the entire bill, as I could only eat 50% of it. instead of taking the time to hear, she kept talking about the tip that told me that she could not take 50% off the whole bill. After we told her that I wasn't what I asked, we paid and left."

"We stumbled upon this Caffe today and we were blown away by the fantastically friendly service and the absolutely delicious Gelato...oh, there were so many flavours to choose from. Mmm the pistachio was absolutely divine and the strawberry they were so creamy and yummy. Do yourself a favour, if you love gelato and you're in the Caloundra area go and pay it a visit, you'll be glad you did!"
