"What a lovely spot to have lunch. Not only is the decor gorgeous and the view of the wheel and Table Mountain a delight but the staff are friendly and the food is friggen delicious. Our table had two 'Bite of the Ocean ' platters and one 'Platter for one ' and we all cleared our pans/platters. The fish was fresh and tasty and it was an overall lovely experience to have after visiting Robben Island."

"The BEST smoothies I?ve ever had. Discovered the shop a few years ago when I was going to PT near by and haven?t stopped coming since. The freezing cold winter didn?t even keep me away. Some of the smoothie options are so rich and creamy it almost feels like a milkshake (in the most incredible way). My favorites are the #1 tastes like a refreshing pina colada and the #7 tastes like a chocolate peanut butter banana milkshake. I compare all other smoothies to Li?s and am always let down by others (especially any of the smoothie chains around here). If you haven?t been to Li?s Smoothie Bar yet, run don?t walk. You won?t be disappointed."

"To celebrate my friend’s 21st, me and her went to the One Only for the afternoon tea buffet and were completely oblivious to the fact that our booking coincided with the Royal Wedding. Simply put, it was a resplendent affair! For R325 per person, you can eat as many sweet and savoury treats as you want while enjoying the hotel’s wide selection of tea and coffee. Although they were delicious, the sweet treats overwhelmed me completely and I found myself requesting a glass of Chardonnay. A standout for me was the staff: they were so attentive and I must say that our waitron, Ncumisa, was beyond phenomenal!"
