"I have the coffee obsession, and of course tims plays a very important role in providing my daily coffee. I just wanted to give a call to the fantastic staff at tim’s in carleton place at the corner mcneeley and Hwy...7 to prove extraordinary service. I am regularly in the drive thru every morning and although the lineup can sometimes be long, they are fast, efficient and a joy to handle. the best tim is in the city! also delicious coffee."

"I've visited a lot of vegetarian restaurants along the years. This one serves very good food but for a price that's over what I would be comfortable spending as a regular (which I'd gladly be as it's close to my work). Let's face it. Vegetarian food is usually cheaper to supply but here that's not reflected very well. I feel the venue piggybacks on the über-trendy yoga lifestyle, and it is the only place in 50 km radius to serve other than "let's erase the meat protein and so you have a vegetarian meal" options. Worth a visit? Yes. One has to try it for oneself to determine the value."

"The bread is no doubt good. I grew up in this town and had enjoyed their sandwiches for years until recently. The old crones who run the place have always been the one thing holding this back from being a truly terrific dining experience. I put up with their nasty comments and rude behavior for years because the sandwiches were worth it. Until recently when I bit into a sandwich and found a fingernail that had been knocked off while cutting the sandwich. I was obviously disgusted but I recognized that mistakes happen and wasn't prepared to count them out on that alone. I approached the staff with my concern and the hag behind the counter got extremely defensive and asked me if I had proof for her. I didn't take a picture of the fingernail but I described it to her over the phone and it matched the color of her fingernails. They did end up begrudgingly giving me a refund when I explained that I was a loyal customer and had never had any issues before. But their negative attitude towards me when they should have been apologizing was the last straw. If there was a friendlier face behind the counter and a semblance of customer service I would consider returning. But as is I have no desire to be in the presence of such poisonous negativity and careless sanitary habits."

"I recently went here for brunch with 4 other people around 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon and the service was horrible. The waitress (older with a blonde bun) was prompt to take our orders right away and the food came decently fast but after we got our food we sat there for 45 mins without even seeing our waitress. All of our glasses were empty and we all wanted something else to drink/eat. The waitress even went to the table beside us to take their orders and still never checked on us. She finally came over and just asked who was paying what without even asking how our meal was or if we wanted a dessert menu. Then when we got our bills two things were wrong on it but we didn't have the time to wait for the waitress to fix it. The food is amazing but with such horrible service I won't be back again. To the server who waitressed us... if your section is to big and you can't handle it ask for help! You will actually leave with tips in your pocket next time...... what a shame!"

"We thought today in the subway in carleton place was a late lunch during an afternoon cyclo-cassor from kanata to carleton place and back. we had both veggie subs with falafel on honey heifer brot and they were delicious. the restaurant has tables, stands and tables in cafe style. we have the remaining severL times and the subs are always great."
