"I found out from family and friends that they were driving all the way out to the San Fernando Valley to get baked goods, specifically the Ube cookies with white chocolate. We didn’t go in until accidentally looking for a bubble place and we ended up in the small strip mall with a 7-Eleven in it. There’s not a lot of parking spots but most people do a good job popping in, getting what they need and then leaving. They’re always seems to be a parking spot if you wait a minute or two. They’re really good Boba and baked items. The staff is super nice. It’s not a place where you can sit and eat. It’s definitely a place to pick up your order and go. They have a glass door that is surprisingly still intact. I can’t remember if it’s a push or pull but it’s not very intuitive. I wish they’d fix it. But everything we’ve had there has been really good. Wish they’d stay open longer. A few times that I’d been out that way, I wanted to make a point to drop by but Mini’s had just closed, I think it was around 7 PM. That Topanga Canyon Road Can really try one’s patience. Since they built up more malls on their mall strip, it can take up to 15 minutes just to exit the freeway and get to where you’re going. Give yourself lots of time if you want to go anywhere in this area.Parking: It’s congested, but you’re usually able to get a parking spot. Most people pop in and out and a parking spot magically appears."

"We stopped by on our way to Tobermory and we are super happy we did. As soon as we saw a line up of cars, we knew we were in the right place. We got there around 9am and were still able to purchase a...small bag of day old goodies. They were delicious! We also bought 2 pies apple crumble and their famous raspberry cream pie. My goodness they were absolutely delicious! Highly recommended. We also bought a German brownie (what a deal for $2.75! And a cheese croissant (wish we bought more! . Loved this place. We will for sure come back for more goodies and maybe even lunch!"

"The food was good but as I was paying for my food, call me nit picky, but I notice the price was slight different from advertised. I asked the cashier and she told me the owner chargers .50 cents for water and raisen bread is a .75 cent up charge. When we are all tight on money, small things like this matter and get noticed. This isn't the case at Waffle House. This is just my feedback. Again, food was top notch. Service: Dine in"
