"This self cantine doesn't even deserve 1/4 star, if you read the reviews you can rely on it.... don't put 1 foot there.Unfortunately we didn't consult them and it's a pity for us. I don't know how to tolerate such a place in such a beautiful, enchanting and symbolic park. Everything is immonde, the meal at 22 euros, the staff, the service, the drinks, the quality of the dishes served, whether visual or gustative... it is unbearable to offer this kind of restaurant.Send a buttered ham sandwich with good bread .....A EVITER"

"Visited this restaurant on recommendation. Booked early and clearly explained my allergy to dairy. Extremely hot day and the marquee had very poor ventilation it was like sitting in an oven. First course came within a reasonable time however main took one and three quarter hours to be delivered, despite the fact that it was not extremely busy, only to find that my meal was drenched in butter. It was suggested that they could do the meal again in oil however we did not have the time to wait considering the time it took in the first place. Staff then insisted on charging me for the meal which I refused to pay not a pleasant experience at all. For a prestigious restaurant at an well promoted international garden festival very little english spoken by staff. Travelled throughout France and Italy for a month and this rated as the 'most unpleasant experience '."

"In a holiday in the surrounding area to visit the castles and lack of room in the creperia, we fell on the Priory. a priori, I'm not too much fan of the road type restaurants: the front is not great coming close to the crossroads quite passing, we go back to the bar corner with the regulars at the counter and the tables of the room are tight against each other. You should not rely on this first impression a little austere: the boss (who served us) is most effective and listening. We only took basics: chopped steaks for children, steak tartar and andouillette for adults. having too often to suffer from meat and industrial fries, I was almost dubious when she told us that it was being supplied with the local butcher. We want to believe it: the steaks were excellent and served well stirring, the tartare just as it is necessary and the well-tasted pillow. and it was real golden, fine, barely cracking fries on the outside and soft inside. desserts were also made home. a priori, the locals must enjoy this restaurant because they were quite numerous this Thursday night: we had a great time in a pleasant and authentic atmosphere. The addition is quite contained. So a small restaurant that doesn't pay a mine but a big bravo to just offer fresh and quality products."

"La solution intermédiaire entre le sandwich et le restaurant gastro à côté; pour 18€ vous choisissez parmi des crudités (tomates,céleri,melon,salade...) puis 5 plats chauds à base de pâtes (encre de seiche, aux 4 fromages, aux fruits de mer...) à chaque fois à volonté, puis le choix entre des fruits ou sorbet ou glace puis café ou thé; le tout à votre rythme; bémol pour la signalisation de l'entrée, un simple fléchage éviterait que tout le monde entre par la sortie et le rangement et vidage des plateaux est mal indiqué aussi. sinon à tenter."

"This is a square corner to the entrance of the chateau du chaumont. we were tired to walk around and wanted to eat something loose and fast. I saw a sign for confit du canard e) and kebab and was sold. we tried the kebab...sandwich, the boulettes and, of course, the familiar. it is not bocuse level, but it was decent (fit and boulette were good, the kebab was just ok). the last time I checked, bocuse does not offer a menu (salad plat dessert caf for less than e (like metairie did). they also have an outside area in the restaurant. the use we had was nice and the owner was all business (but didn't seem rude to me)."

"We just made the 115 pm cut off for a table. So very glad that we did! Two price points for a fix prix menu and we all opted for the lower priced option (it was lunch after all). My brother in law had the chicken liver sald, my wife had the cauliflower soup and I had the endive goat cheese tart. We were all very pleased with our selections! For our mains, my other table mates ate the duck leg and I ate the beef. The duck was tender and succulent. My steak was pretty good.Two of us opted for cheese to end our meal, with my wife taking the lava chocolate cake.We've been traveling around Europe (5 weeks in Italy) and this was my wife's declared favorite meal thus far.Friendly service, affordable wine and meals! Thanks for the rating and great restaurant tip, Tripadvisor!!!"
