"Spacious, clean and quirky with an eclectic mood. this is our “go” place when we visit melbourne. great service and tasty at a good price. Hubby had eier benny who had a bit of a swirl, served on a kartoffel instead of a brot base. the music choice is also good! the boot factory is located in the old prison, so much after this delicious brunch to see."

"Now I understand why my partner stops me from entering a patisserie or bakery; I am like a kid left alone in a chocolate shop. I eat with my eyes instead of my stomach or brain. After buying $38 worth of cannoli and such, I'm sure I'm all set for the week. It's pricey but it's oh so delicious. The crunch from the shell of the cannoli and the custard that oozes out that's bliss. The little cornetto cones are deadly you can't stop at just one. One thing that caught my eye that will make me return is the coffee and cake deal for $5.50. The slice of cake is a lovely slab of art. And the ladies behind the counter have the patience of saints trust me, I push people's patience to the limit when faced with decision making about what pastries/sweets to buy."

"We first knew this shop from deliveroo and found their breakfast burger was yummy. Then we purchased a Groupon deal and decided to try their dinner items. The shop itself is just a small corner cafe with no fancy decorations, but their meals definitely won't disappoint you. The grilled salmon I ordered was juicy and fresh, I especially loved the crispy skin. The Greek salad served on the side was amazing too, good flavours, nice and refreshing. The risotto serving size was generous, my partner actually couldn't finish it even if it was so delicious! The chai latte was good too, everything was served the perfect way, and we loved this cozy little place. Will definitely go back some time."

"I had a vegetarian focaccia and it certainly excelled for quality, interest, and value. It had fetta, grilled eggplant, red peppers, lettuce, roast pumpkin, and pesto. The serving size was good and the price very reasonable. Queuing was long, but Covid safe."

"Heaps of vegan options best of the bunch are the reuben, the breakfast roll and the hot cakes. The sweets are incredible, best muffins I've ever had, and there's always a new cake on offer. Coffee is so good, plus they do unlimited refills of filter coffee for $5. Great staff and vibe (they have booths and they just opened on Friday and Saturday nights so it's now my favourite bar in Melbourne too. Do yourself a favour..."
