"Love the ambience of the cafe. The waffles tasted more like japanese style baked donuts and they were really good. The service was slightly slow as it took almost 30mins for our food to be served even thought there were only 2 tables occupied. Nonetheless it is a great cafe to chill in."

"Good place for siphon brewed coffee… no choice of beans, but they tweak extraction to tailor to preferred taste profile. Bonus for opening till midnight and a really quaint ambience. You are invited to bring in packed meals to be consumed at James House too"

"Very good coffee indeed! I’ve always wanted to visit this cafe owned by famed WBC champion Chad Wong and I am finally here. I had a very good cup of Chiroso pourover per staffs recommendation( brewed with a Hario V60) and it definitely lives up to the hype! Smooth fruity, very enjoyable cup of pourover indeed! I also ordered hazelnut-peanut latte for my non-coffeeholic friend and they said it’s the best coffee they’ve ever had. Not sure if they are exaggerating but what a compliment lol. Love the coffee here, vibe is just your typical cozy cafe but two coffees could cost you NTD $600. Definitely not a daily grab and go type of cafe but todays coffee was well worth it!"

"Another surprise and nice place to go for Malaysia food. Fantastic and taste good. Worth to go for second, third, well, be frank, should be endless time. Ordered a Char Koay Teow, Nasi Lemak, 滑蛋河. The taste is so nice and similar to local hometown. Note: Personal suggestion... perhaps the disposed food bin shall be relocated to some other place instead of putting in front of rest room."

"Nice decor, and that’s about it. The food is overpriced and not tasty. I’d happily wear their clothes, but won’t eat their food. That thing they called a “Poutine” is just fries with a dish of gravy mixed with cheese, which looks like vomit."
