"If I could give 0 stars I would. Every experience something has been wrong. One time, my coffee was watered down. Two days in a row I ordered a hazelnut latte and got an original instead. If you 're out of hazelnut let me know and I 'll happily pick a different flavor, but don 't leave me with a flavorless latte! Also one particular employee has judged me for getting shots of espresso in my coffee you need to get some sleep and you know you can 't live like this forever . 1. You 're NOT my mom, 2. You 're not my doctor and 3. You have no idea what my life is like. I am a nurse and work long 12 hour shifts, I am a masters student as well as having a chronic illnesses that causes fatigue. Just let me have my coffee and go on with my day! I always chose dunkin because I would get a consistent tasting latte for an affordable price. Unfortunately that is not true at this location and I will have to find a different coffee shop."

"The cakes that Tara made for our daughters wedding were delicious!! Everyone at the wedding commented on how good they were and several people ate more than one piece. I have been to many weddings and I have never tasted a better cake than the one we had! And it was beautiful as well! Highly recommend Tara at Couture Cakes!!!"

"I ordered six creme donuts on the app. I was not told they were out of creme donuts, I found that out by biting into a lemon curd donut. Turns out, instead of offering me any alternative, they gave me three lemon and three custard donuts. I called, and I couldn 't figure out whether they were saying they were out or they misplaced my order?? Either way, I was basically given a that sucks and no resolution. This was my first time trying Dunkin. This was also my last time trying Dunkin. If I wanted surprises, I would buy a mystery box."

"Wonderful specialty lattes and sandwiches, and the staff is super friendly. Even gave me a free drink voucher for being patient and waiting after they originally messed up my order. Just a really pleasant place to sit down and enjoy some coffee."

"This is an almost daily stop for me. I'm not big on Starbucks, but I love coffee and good customer service. Waiting can sometimes be long, but usually it's because someone called and there's only one person working. The one person, however, seems never fluffed or betrayed. They do their job exactly, and with a smile on the face while they have a conversation with you. As Barista in an earlier life, I know how hard this can be, and appreciate that they have employees who can take it off. Great job team!!!"
