"Hotel and pool are very beautiful. But in the restaurant there is a lot of staff around, but first of all, only a few understand German or English and the guest has to serve himself partly because service is just as it is. The cleaning power came to the room (on the day of departure), without prior registration, and the lift is constantly occupied by the service. In the parking lot you need rubber boots when it rains."

Shower or shower Bathtub is available, TV, Wi-Fi... Breakfast is very lush. The Lady of the House of Barbara serves personally, asks what you want and then surprises with a selection of raw and cooked ham (at least 3 to 4 different varieties), sausages, curds, cheese, soft cheese, a plate with fresh fruit and, depending on your preference, softly cooked eggs, agitators ... The Bavarian breakfast is still supplemented with a hot liver cheese. There is bread and various rolls. And in addition, we get information about where the food comes from. The host people are very friendly and helpful, especially when looking for a good lunch or dinner, called for us there and made reservations. Tips for hikers can also be obtained from the home owner, who, by the way, knows very well with the history of the town and the surrounding area, as this area is particularly worthwhile for hikers. We are looking forward to visiting next year."

"Very nice, clean hotel in excellent location, between the romantic fauna and the nature park römerkessel. ideal starting point for excursions and hikes at the mosel or in the volcanic summit. we have been here twice: for the first time we had a beautiful double room with living and sleeping area and a large balcony with a view of the roasting boiler. a small but modern renovated bathroom with rain shower and a small kitchen for self-catering, hidden in a closet, belonged to it. the second time we were accommodated in the holiday home: it extends to two days: on the floor a spacious and beautifully furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious terrace with views of the shimmer. in the upper floor two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. both of us were very satisfied with the accommodation, the rooms are clean, spacious, bright, with large and comfortable double bed and good mattresses. we have recovered very well and enjoyed the magnificent view from the balcony. the restaurant with open fireplace, large outdoor terrace and beautiful winter garden is also recommended. it offers a very good regional cuisine and an excellent wine selection. the chef understands his craft, the staff is friendly, friendly and fleeting in all areas. we had booked a 3-course menu that was freshly prepared, very tasty and beautifully decorated. the breakfast was clear, but sufficient and rich, all fresh and full, it really didn't miss anything. especially well we found the selection of the rolls and the eggs that are freshly prepared by the friendly service. the breakfast room, like the whole hotel: bright, clean and with magnificent view of the beautiful surroundings. excellent service in all areas, starting from herrn eller, to which guests are kindly welcome and offer them all the necessary information, the friendly and very sought after staff in the restaurant and in the breakfast room. they really do everything to make the guests feel comfortable. the proximity to the eifel (maare and vulcanefel about 20-30 km) and the mosel (moselsteig about 15 km) offer many variety and countless possibilities for a successful holiday. for hikers is bad bertrich and the environment is really recommended. Conclusion: a cozy hotel that feels comfortable in the midst of nature, with a wonderful view, good kitchen and very good value for money!"

"This new trendy looking salad/bowl bar with cafe. It looks great and attracts a trendy crowd with a focus on healthy options. The Mexican bowl was a bit flat tasting and certainly did not justify the 9€ price. I really wanted to like this place more based on concept and appearance but was a bit disappointed in the quality. The rice was very flat and bland tasting perhaps which unfortunately did not make for an enjoyable meal experience. However it is nice to see such a place in Siegen to add to the local food scene."
