"Pre-pandemic, i ate there all of the time. It was clean, staff was very courteous friendly. Went there for breakfast this time found the place dirty. Noticed that there was dried scrambled egg fuzz/hair dried on the wall next to the table i sat at, the floors were dirty the staff was very occupied with socializing than with the upkeep of the premises. The Newmarket location at Green Lane Yonge Street has lost my business."

"If you’re looking for some delicious crepes that are consistently good with great service to boot, this is the place. They have a variety of crepe offerings but we usually have the crepe dish with egg, cheese and spinach and a small side salad and we were not disappointed. Gluten free options are also available. The coffee is always hot and the refills keep coming. We had a perfectly made waffle with ice cream, caramel sauce and banana with some whipped cream. It was delish!"

"I phoned to make reservations In Newmarket for 5 o'clock for 4 people and that was no problem whatsoever. We met up with our friends and and we had an excellent dinner. Our waitress was so happy to be back at work and it showed by the way she treated us and the beautiful smile she had on her face and she just made our visit so much more enjoyable.. She interacted with us with us very friendly. I think that makes a big difference.. All of us had steak and it was done differently for each of us. I had mine charred which is something available now. I always like my steak very well done and now that I can get it charred that's even better. So my steak comes and it is very charred and it was the most delicious, tender, tasty, steak I could ever have wanted . Plus it had that beautiful charred taste. Needless to say the waitress received a big tip and to the best of my knowledge, The Keg take all the tips for the evening and then share them amongst all the staff for that evening."

"In the restaurant as I am writing this review and this food is colder than my heart. We ask for 2 waters, they only bring us one lol. Asked for well done, we received border-line raw. Placed an order when we arrived, took them 45 minutes to give it to us. Even worse, we watched our food sit on the shelf for a good 5-10 minutes as all the servers just kept passing by it. We ordered blue berry pancakes and we ended up canceling them because they just never showed up.You guys are honestly doing this all wrong. Why are you guys more focused on seating people rather than serving them? I’d rather have Tims mess up my order 10 times in a row than ever come back here again. Thank you for the experience."
