"My Husband and I were in Fort Erie last week to celebrate my Mother's 89th Birthday and this place was suggested by my Family . It was a Tuesday night which is normally a slower night for most restaurants . There were 10 of us and we were well taken care of by a very nice Waitress . The food is mostly Italian and very enjoyable . My husband ordered chicken fingers and they were quite good . The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable .I had penne pasta with Italian sausage ... very tasty !!! I'm quite certain we'll go back again when visiting Fort Erie ."

"As soon as we walked in, I felt a familiar vibe. Even though the decor is different, Green Acres has the same kind of friendly vibe as my favourite hangout back in North Vancouver. The menu choices are similar, too, so it was kind of like going home. The service is friendly, the food is good (at least everything that my party ordered went down well), and, as I had been warned, the portions are generous. I can definitely see this becoming a favourite hangout for me in Fort Erie. Update: As I expected, Green Acres has become one of my favourite hangouts in town. Most of our friends love the food there, too. Post Covid 19 Update: When the Covid 19 lockdown hit all the restaurants in town, we picked our five favourite restaurants in town the five places that we really wanted to see survive, and tried to concentrate our takeout business on them. When Green Acres first went takeout only, the parking lot would still be full of cars, with people waiting to pickup their takeout orders. With customer loyalty like that, I guess we didn't need to worry much. Anyway, they took the time to have the floors inside re done, and now that they're open for dine in again, it's a predictable treat being there again."

"We ordered to take home. First, they give you plenty !! You will be stuffed.The gyro on a pita :)) Delicious, authentic. We had it as a dinner. Oh boy,We had left overs. Everything was tasty and well seasoned. The staffvery friendly. Have been back many times. Always great."

"I came on Saturday night for the prime rib special, only $27 for a full course meal, including a glass of wine. The restaurant is nice and cozy, and the service was good. The meal itself was excellent value. You get a large slice of...beef, choice of potato, veggies, and Yorkshire. It was delicious, and good size portions, none of us could finish our meals, but you can take it home for later. Dessert was tiramisu torte, quite light and a nice finish. For the price, you should definitely give them a try. I would love to come back."

"2 coffees, 2pancake orders and a sausage McMuffin for about $15. Used the self service touch screen; excellent if you want to monitor the amount your spending and paid at the self service screen. No complaints on the experience at the self service screen. Chose to have take-out. The food order was ready before the coffees. Quick service and the food was as expected (good). Will be back."
