"We goofed on our timing and arrived right as Gio's closed. The staff, however, were extremely courteous and accommodating, and invited us in. While I don't recommend doing this, it highlights the level of customer service they provide.We left with gelato, sorbet, and pastry treats, all of which were quite satisfying. I hope to get back soon to try the coffee and examine their Italian Market wares. We'll just schedule a more appropriately-timed visit.Be aware that the shop is small. It's a to-go business, it appears, rather than a sit-down location for gelato and coffee. They are only a block from the benches of a small park, however, and the Main Street is one of those that people will want to walk while eating a treat."

"I had to talk to the microphone to get them to take over my order. The voice at the other end did not apologize for waiting for me, nor did he greet me. He just asked what you want to order? The order was correct. The coke didn't taste like a coke. I don't know if it's my taste buds or they need to change their drinks machine filters. Cheese was polite and said hello and thanks?"
