"After our lunch we crossed the street to enjoy some cakes and chocolate. We loved the Black Forest cake, which is typical of the region. We also had some cookies and some chocolate truffles. You even had a chocolate cuckoo clock."

"Hexenlochmuhle (literally translated as Witch's hole mill) is basically that. it was originally a very old watermill now turned into a little souvenir shop with a restaurant to eat at . it is definitely built at what feels like the bottom of a hole (it seems to be a long and endless drive down, down and ever downwards to get there). Not sure where the Witch part of it came from. I have been there before from time to time over the years. Pleasant surrounding view to eat at and an interesting downward spiral of a road journey to get there. The food is more kind of a cake and coffee thing than a full blown meal but the cake is great. A pleasant place to break for a morning brunch or an afternoon tea."

"What a nice hotel, my wife and I were here for two nights. the owner and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel is in fantastic landscape and the room was great. try to get a room with a balcony it is worth it"

"Auch dieses Jahr auf unserer Schwarzwaldtour sind wir im Bergstüble im Linachtal eingekehrt! Dort gibt es laut Bekannten die leckersten Bratwürste mit brauner Sosse und Zwiebeln! Wir haben das gleich ausprobiert und können nur den Bekannten zustimmen! Die "Bratwürstchen" sind total lecker!!! Es gibt aber auch Schwarzwäder Vesper, wer keine Bratwürstchen mag!"
