"This facility recently visited my twins for a late birthday breakfast. The staff, and I mean the entire staff, from greeting to cooking, to waitress, to gentleman, who releases the tables, had excellent customer services. Friendly, talkful... complete on her game. Usually it is understandable to get good food and good service, but great food and great service was our experience. I have NIE completed an evaluation for a restaurant, so I hope this will find the people who deserve the credit. I think our waitress was Tabitha, absolutely amazing. She was patient, predicted refills before she had to be asked. The cook had to bring an additional item to our table when he had finished cooking 1, the service shows to keep customers satisfied with the temperature of food 2 he was a very professional master. I was impressed. Since the food industry has been muded so much by customers, these people showed a real customer service. I visited this restaurant a few months ago and I believe that some management changes have taken place or something has happened, not that it was terrible because it wasn't, but that was extraordinary. Honourable mention to the Gentleman Clearing tables very personal as well as the hostess Cashing people out and just sit them great!"

"I went there about 1 hr before closing and ordered a cappuccino expecting a hot and tasty cup. I have never been to Scooters before so I was excited to try it. My order was lukewarm and tasted like the coffee was made long time ago and was sitting and burning, tasted bad. Granted it was 1hr before closing but still they should serve good tasting hot drinks or not serve anything at all. Being told they were out would have been frustrating but serving it like it was and taking my money, not cool!"
