"Every time I come here at night, I command a sub and I always come in a nice question how the employee Karen does, as she always stands behind the production of food orders, and every time she looks rude, she cries me comments under her breath. 2:15 November 19th 2022. That's the third time I came in, and she just cries me rudely to ask if my orders have done, I have no idea whether it is or not, so I just ask. What's wrong with the question? I'm not coming here anymore, she's just disgusting, I shouldn't expect less from a woman named Karen. Don't even bother. I can't believe I'm coming here to get my food and be yelled at Lol."

"I needed something to eat after my blood test. Order all bagel and a large coffee . Could not be more satisfied, the order was warm and the butter simply melted. Compared to the Bagels, I get rite at Shop. Coffee was hot. Btw my bagel was with salt poppy and whatever. I am back"

"Vegetarian review: Gems bagels no longer serves fresh jalapenos cream cheese with their bagels. That being said the bagels themselves area too bit small and has very little cream cheese for the price. This place is expensive. That being said, the owners are genial who try as hard as possible to satisfy your expectations. I wish them success otherwise in their establishment. The pot coffee was excellent and it is NOT bottomless like some other establishments again for the high price it would have been nice however. The side of potatoes are utter junk however just chips of potato (slices) deep fried with no seasoning. They taste bad and feel bad too. My peeve with the restaurant though is the absolute lack of cleanliness in the seating area see my pictures. It is wretched. The tables are grimy, the floors are disgusting and the bathroom doors are all nasty. Considering how beautiful the decor is the lack of hygiene in the customer facing area is a disappointment and a tab bit unsettling."

"Best vanilla ice cream cones and coffee milkshakes I have found. It is clean and the service is great. It has the biggest variety of ices and specialty drinks. I would love for it to be opened year round. It definitely is a must try."

"Best Bagels in the area by far!!! The quality of the bagel is like Brooklyn and very fresh and flavorful. The vegetable and Jalapeño creme cheeses are made fresh with Philadelphia as the base. I’ve lived in the area forever and it’s the best bagel and creme cheese and maybe the best pork roll on a bagel. I’ve been there once where it does take awhile they don’t exactly have that high flying energy you may be a custom too and if you go closer to closing time their selection runs thin. But I’ve seen bagel shops waste a ton of bagels so I don’t blame them. So go early, be patient, but get the best bagel lightly toasted with vegetable creme cheese and it will be worth it because the quality is what matters most. ??"
