"I 'm horrified. Came in for a quick lunch with my mother. Let them know we would be eating here. Every table was dirty. My mother approached the counter and asked for something to wipe the table. A heavy woman with a Spanish accent begrudgingly came from behind the counter and half assed wiped the table. She didn 't clean it, she barely touched it with a rag. She stated and I quote This is a deli you know, not a restaurant . I laughed and said Oh, really? She said yes . I responded that well be sure to take our order to go if we ever come back. She said nothing just walked away. She came back a moment later with our food. My mother told her you know, it doesn 't matter if it is a restaurant or not. You serve food here. Tables should be cleaned Her response was yeah, yeah yeah and she walked away. All I can think right now is if it 's too much trouble to clean the tables so their customer doesn 't have to sit in in someone else 's filth, what condition is the kitchen in where they prepared our food??? Let me be clear. I worked in the restaurant business. I know things can get backed up. No one complained about the dirty tables. We just ask for something to clean it. Never again."

"I always go to the Hopewell Florys but recently it has gone down hill. The people at the deli don't speak English and when you place the order they don't understand what you are ordering. This is the second time I ordered an egg sandwich and it had an egg shell in it. I order cold cuts and they slice everything thick even if you tell them thin because they do not understand English. It seems like management doesn't care anymore. They should have someone behind the counter that knows what they are doing and understands and speaks English."

"This bagel shop has cut back so far from the previous owners ways. The bagels have little or no taste, including even a garlic bagel. The latest take away has been eliminating the egg wash glaze which completes the bagel with taste and texture. Add this to the owner's indifference towards his customers, and you have a very unpleasant dining experience"

"Never thought of stopping by or giving this place a try. This morning we went off our regular breakfast destinations and decided to order food from here. Omg!! Just about one of the best breakfasts we've had in HJ. My son's pancakes we just about the fluffiest most delicious pancakes I've eaten...and his bacon cooked crispy just as id asked. I ordered the hangover burrito on a spinach wrap and it was just fresh and so well seasoned. Everything we orderd tasted so much better than we had anticipated. The kids are off from school tomorrow and we'll probably come in person and enjoy! Keep the momentum going G and R!"
