"Holy kuh, I've never had a bad experience at the dieucks of this dillon. Hopefully this is just a one-time event. I ordered a vanilla cold. I was the only customer and there were two employees behind the counter. 11 minutes later I got my drink. About nine minutes, I asked them if I could get my drink, as I had to get back to work. the hired told me that I had to be patient because she had to make the cream and trained. this excuse didn't really work for me because she would occasionally mix the cream, stop talking to her coworker who always interrupts her to ask about storage costs. I feel pretty confident that it is possible to mix cream and talk to a coworker at the same time while a coffee in less than 11 minutes. Don't tell me I'm patient, maybe. I don't know. Excuse me? she slipped my finished coffee over the counter and went away immediately without saying a word. Perhaps an rude, unprofessional employee should not be responsible for training? I'm talking to you with the short hair and the dirty black sweater."

"Stopped in Allie 's Deli and Coffee Shoppe on Saturday (1/11/14) morning just after 9:30am. This is more of a downtown café than a coffee shop. Don 't go if your looking for anything like a modern coffee shop like Starbucks, Caribou, or other coffee shop capable of making a breve or other specialty coffee drinks (other than brewed coffee, a latte or cappachino). Atmosphere, at the time we were there, was definitely that of an empty downtown café. Dead quiet, no music or other sound, and with only two other couples present , little or no conversation going on. This is a big open cafe with lots of booths. Given the size, it may have a great lunch crowd and may be a great deli... We cannot speak to that. We had two coffee 's which came from air pots on the counter (there was a flavored variety and a regular variety) and we split a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was only fair. The coffee was not as good as you can get from a Keurig coffee maker. We were trying to determine whether it was a frozen cinnamon roll that was heated up and covered with frosting or whether they were actually made there at the shoppe?? They had four or five of these rolls just sitting on a cookie sheet setting on the counter. There was a young girl and an older woman working. Both acted as if they would have preferred to have been anywhere else other than working at the coffee shoppe that morning. Very little interaction and/or conversation, and no smile or welcoming facial expressions. We drank our one cup of coffee, each ate half a cinnamon roll, and moved on to greener pastures! There are better coffee shops in Hutchinson outside the downtown area."

"I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here all my life with my parents, kids and friends. It is always very good! Ordered hundreds of lunches for us at 3M on Saturday and Sundays for years. Many happy customers! Been a nice family owned business as long as I can remember. Walt Kelley and family are the best!"

"Today we went in for what is probably about the sixth time since we moved here. Without a doubt this is the best, most consistent restaurant in Hutch. The food has been good each time and it always comes out piping hot. I think it's one of Hutchinson's gems."

"We had a wonderful waitress. She was very attentive to our needs. Our drinks were always full. The food was very good I had chicken fried steak breakfast. It was excellent definitely recommended for a good meal."

"We were really impressed by the quality and quantity of food here. owners are very polite. very spacious location. coffee tastes just right! also the prices are very reasonable. there is a lot of space to come to sit and read a book while enjoying their favorite coffee. I felt like they could make the sitting area a bit more cozy, with some stands. we will definitely pay another visit!"
