"Actually, I am in principle skeptical about excessive stagings of rural inns and above all to speak inns. This once prevented me from visiting a local with the subtitle “Zum singen Host”. By the way, wrong in that case... Now you can jump over your own shadow. Especially when a good reputation and enthusiastic reports from friends are almost on the go. “For funny deer” practiced landlust and tradition with a certain striking but serious professionalism. Under deer it is very wonderful and particularly excellent. It's just a pity that the inn in the Pampa in the Immenstadt district in Allgäu is so much that you need to be motorized. But my accompaniment has actually realized that even 2x a bus runs daily. Perhaps not the worst option, considering that not only beer, but also wine and wine choir are served in large courtesies. And the delightful offer of high percentage is to be read at a stand on each table. Table reservation is only too obligatory. As I was told, some evenings will take the tables 2-3 times in a row. Because the place is cult. Every Thursday, the Kasspatzenabend entices. Here the guest can take part in the preparation and then complete the abdomen until nix goes more. Or the doctor's coming. The cheese originates from the nearby Diepolzer cheese mill – usually a discrete mixture of mountain cheeses of different degrees of maturity and emmentaler is used. The spatulas are not scraped or pressed as in the Swabian, but are planned with a special device. Looks easy, but exercise can't hurt here either. This legendary home dish I did not plan myself, but with great pleasure I destroyed 9,50 euros for the huge part, including a small salad. Of course, the service immediately offers a duty to pack the remains. But I don't want to imagine what Odeur would spread the Doggy bag in the sunwarm car. I'm getting away from it. Unfortunately, the leaf salad tastes smooth and blows in a tasteless, aqueous dressing without aroma. I see that it was different than the adjacent tables – there are colorful mixed salads that suggest a variety and a creative arrangement. Today a large bottle of Allgäu Alps water from the neighboring colonnade – with the subtitle "s'bludde". In Hochdeutsch: without carbon dioxide 3.80 Euro. After that, a digestive case is really necessary. The service has so far only been against cordiality, joy in life, openness and naturalness. Questions are answered honestly and spontaneously, details are quickly solved in the kitchen if necessary. Everything goes quickly from the hand: the fullness of the menu, the acceptance of the order, the maintenance and later the negotiation. I never have to wait an unnecessary minute. There is no impression of hecticism. Everything's gonna be crushed here. On the way to the most neat, rural toilet I can catch a look into the kitchen. Looks professional, clean, super organized. You can stay here, too. For questions, however, I refer to the homepage. In the summer months, a sunny panoramic terrace with magnificent views of the mountains attracts. The company also includes the "Alpe Höfle" in Diepolz above the above mentioned mountain cheese and the Mining Museum, which I reported here at the end of May 2017. There is also dedicated work, but there are only vaspers, bread times, coffee and cakes."

"Attention: in the farmhouse of Alger, a time of fasting or base fasting can also be used for a gentle dietary diet with only basic foods – that is, rather not what the eager Gourmand would understand as a lively return. For those who do not like it: the Landhaus Alger mainly processes natural, high-quality foods and also offers appropriate lectures and cooking classes. In addition, the Alger, which is actually an ensemble of close-to-one individual houses in traditional Alpine style, is very picturesque at the Alpsee in the Immenstadter Ortsteil Bühl. In just a few steps you can visit the lake – and yet the Landhaus Alger offers plenty of parking for guests. The buildings fit very harmoniously and inconspicuously to the place. So harmonious that we had to drive around the Karree several times during our first visit until we found access. The park-like area around it invites you to rest and rest – here you can do a little bit after eating in a deck chair or turn a little round through the garden. The houses are partly green with hilly plants, the garden blossoms lush. A true Eldorado for all friends of nature. This summer I was a guest in the Alger several times, once in mid-July and once in the beginning/mid-August. The reception was always very friendly and very accommodating. You almost feel like relatives or good friends. The kitchen uses natural, regional and seasonal products and offers vegetables, salad plates and soups in any appearance. In the service area I have experienced an exuberant kindness and cordiality as rare. The two young ladies are in an effort to make the guests beautiful and pleasant and to meet all their wishes. If you would like to book a morning breakfast buffet, you should register for it from the day before so that it can be bought and planned accordingly, no, there is nothing in hectic... . I have used this offer two times à 12.50 Euro . The two guest rooms in the local farmer's room are very individually furnished, with a mix of very different tables, seats pictures, dishes, vases and floral arrangements. With little space, you can sit at the table with strangers, very close and family. For each guest, a floor is assembled with colorful delicacies: various vegetarian bread spreads I had which with horseradish and red-bete flavor, hearty all-gäu cheese in any consistency and embossing, small tomatoes, radishes, fresh cucumber and carrot pencils, melon slices, marillaries, pears, grapes.... To this end, butter, fresh cheese and a basket with different rolls and lye pastries. Muesli, milk, yoghurt, juices and coffee are picked up by the buffet, partly on a windowboard, partly on a tile stove top. Special requests, such as egg dishes, can be addressed and ordered directly with the service. All products used convince with taste, quality and freshness. If you don’t want to gout the biodynamic variant, you can also choose a rather hearty breakfast. For example, the excellent liver sausage was praised at the side table. In any case, you should make sure that you don't get too little cheese – this is excellent, very decent and usually of high fat content. If you beat the strands, you can get back to base fasting in a few months. The farmhouse Alger also has some self-catering apartments, which are of course very lovingly equipped with natural materials and with a lot of wood. You can also book well-being days with half board light full-value food and various treatments. Cosmetic treatments with Dr. Hauschka products are also offered here. In principle, one should adjust to a slower rhythm before entering the house. But that benefits everyone. In return, you can expect an excellent, warm service and high-quality, natural food, as well as a cozy ambience as with good friends."

"A visit to the Alpsee mountains with the longest toboggan run in Germany is probably one of the most popular excursions during a family holiday in the Allgäu. Manch one eats once more extensively on the mountain before the Alpsee Coaster climbs – either the backpack vesper or one of the rustic dishes in the local bear trap. Rather cautious minds prefer to sledding in order to grab food and drink, depending on the location. The ice cream at the valley station of Alpsee Bergwelt is therefore very popular. Whether you want to reward yourself for the past heroism or reassure the excited nerves: a lush ice cup or a piece of cake seems to be the right thing for most guests. If you still feel too little adrenaline in the veins, you can drink a coffee on top. Who thirsty for vitamins chooses one of the numerous smoothie variations. On warm days that we enjoy this July, the spacious terrace is almost completely occupied, especially in the afternoon – but the friendly and brightly furnished interior is completely empty. Families and groups of friends who don't have so much time and want to go on, usually only choose an ice cream to take away. The snake is correspondingly long on the issue. The poor girl who is in service here will probably suffer from tendonitis in the evening. Also my accompaniment glows several balls of ice in all conceivable colors, but is so exhausted and plated that no qualified statement on taste and quality can be expected. I myself am a little fuzzy, because in general the sweetness is not very pleasant. Even a coffee that always goes would be the wrong choice. So I ask the counter for a glass of simple buttermilk. If it is not on the map, but here in the region is one of the basic foods. And behold, the girl behind the counter conjures a large carafe from the refrigerator and calculates to me, as she has to remember some price, for the glass of buttermilk the fare for a coffee speciality. The butter milk is deliciously cooled, viscous and very saturating. Not to compare with any product you find at home in the supermarket in the refrigerator. Two glasses would probably save you almost a meal. I enjoy it! The only disadvantage: the tables in the outside area are not regularly wiped, even the dishes used by the predecessors are simply standing. Maybe it's not always like that, but on the day of my visit a lot is going on. In addition to the ice cream, there are toilets that look very manipulous despite the gigantic and the strong frquenting. What a miracle! However, I cannot express a special recommendation for ice cream. The service staff are very friendly, but the big rush around is not my taste. If I had a sense of ice, I would probably prefer to go to the nearby Immenstadt. There could be the children squealing as they were wringing...."

City: Immenstadt im Allgaeu, Diepolz 44, 87509 Immenstadt Im Allgäu (Diepolz) , Bayern, Immenstadt im Allgaeu, Germany
"The Höfle Alpe is located at an altitude of almost 1100 meters in the Allgäuerische Diepolz, a district of Immenstadt. It is part of the very interesting and very interesting mining museum Diepolz. From 1896, the Alpe was actually used by the Bavarian Prince Regent Luitpold as a hunting quartier for the polite hunting, abducted at its old town of origin in Oberstdorf and rebuilt in the Mining Museum. When you see them and visit them at the mountainside, you don't think they've always been here. But be careful: the ascent is quite laborious for people with restrictions and partly also for children. And the air actually gets a little thinner up here. But the location is really fantastic and you have a wide, unadjusted view of the mountain landscape, especially the Säntis. From here you can also start further hikes – or the “Kuhnigundenweg” (with its moderate 5 km can be planned as a family route). The actual guest room is small, but tenty and clear. With our 10-person hiking group we have already occupied almost all places. In good weather it is recommended to sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the panoramic view. The furniture is rustic and wood-loaded and Alpine-functional. The walls are made of coarse wooden planks. The Höfle Alpe is operated by the people of the “Lustigen Hirsch” (I have to return to this legendary farm inn one other time – this time the time was not enough). There's self-service on the Alpe. The menu hangs out, but is also to be seen at the tables, pretty tied in pale green felt. Offered will be fruitful bread times and vesper (a lot with cheese), but also warming soups, as well as coffee and cakes. The baked goods are all homemade, the cheese comes from the mountain cheese shop Diepolz. As I had breakfast very extensively, I loved just before noon with a bundle of radishes (plus peasant bread) or with a sliced liquor – but both were not offered due to the cold weather, as I was explained. This seems to be going only in warm weather?? No matter, a simple cheese bread with onion rings, paprika strips and cucumbers (4.90 euros) also tasted very wonderful. The bread was hearty, with a pleasantly nutty taste. An unspectacular oatl coffee for 2.50 euros. To get to the toilet, you have to leave the guest room and cross a part of the barn, which is used quite excitingly as a museal space. But note: in order to get the right door, there is a need for certain language skills: this is how the ladies’ toilet is marked with “Sui”. Children feel really comfortable on the Alpe – like on the whole area of the Mining Museum – and find great suggestions and possibilities at every corner. The staff is warm and very friendly and will be happy to provide information. Due to the usual weather conditions, the Alpe is usually only open from Easter. In case of doubt, a previous call is recommended."
