Original 昼の営業はいいけど、夜は接客も料理も微妙です。 なぜ同じメニューなのにこんなに味が違うのか。。ポテト頼んだらいかにも揚げすぎな茶色いポテト 勿体無いとかではなく、揚げ過ぎは商品価値ないので提供以前の問題ですよね？ を多分バイト学生に愛想笑いもなく手渡されました。他の料理も明らかに昼間より質落ち。 そもそも皿を受け取るのは客の善意であって、当然ではないです。一般的には客の前に皿をサーブするまでがサービス。それを定点から動かず呼びかけ、持ったまま待っているのも、手渡すのも怠慢。バイトでもパートでも店の顔、ファミレスだからってサーブの際のマナーも教育できないってどうなのかなぁと思います。そもそも社員さんもご存じない？猫ちゃんロボットの方がまだイラッとしないだけいいかも。"

"A fantastic experience for my first visit to Japan. Our hotel concierge booked the reservation in advance on our behalf, providing directions with photos as it is easy to get turned around. The courses are unique to the best available fish that day and the menu is your souvenir as photos are not allowed inside. Of the food, the different types of tuna were amazing. It almost melts in your mouth the way beef can. I've never had such beautiful tamago either. For dessert, we were given a melon and I haven't been able to stop daydreaming about it days later. All in all, very well prepared and authentic sushi. Service was accommodating for our limited Japanese."
