"Small restaurant located in the middle of the mall. Lots of tables and chairs for customers. Lots of different ethnic foods. Portuguese bifanas and their rice pudding are my favorite. Also their milk tarts which are only made on Wednesdays are amazing. Get there early...as they disappear quickly."
