"In the store in Villahermosa, I stayed in Marriott; behind the hotel and across the street from the Gallerias Mall (Liverpool exit) you will find this place. Portions are not super large, but well balanced and the dishes all tasted good. This is not your place for decadence and pleasure, but it offers a good change from the typical tariff, while still true to the Mexican roots."

"Almond croissants are very good here, not great when they run out of them!!!! Waiters work really hard but they are not enough, so expect long serving times. So not great if you are hungry or in a hurry. We’re regulars here and have noticed a dramatic slow down in service even when restaurant is 80% full."

"We ate three times at their El Bahio Centro Historico location on Ignacio Allende, not far from the MIDE Museum. The food was absolutely to die for. Our sever was Genesis, she was the nicest and most friendly waitress ever . She explained every dish in detail. The prices are low in comparison to the nearby Cafe Tacuba or El Cardenal (whihc also has several locations). The place itself is full of the highest quality folk art. Ask to be seated upstairs."
