"A baker without branches, where is this in Germany? Without finished blanks that are delivered deep-frozen into the branches to be baked in bakers? The site looks great, the selection on the photos gigantic and the gourmet lists the shop among the 600 best bakeries in Germany in 2013. This tip seemed worth moving me to the southern Hannöverian countryside to Gleidingen. Today the selection was rather karg than we around approx. 14.30 arrived there, but maybe a lot was already sold out. The customers are supposed to be in front of the shop on the weekend. We were served very friendly and knowledgeable. The crust bread is very tasty and as give-away I also got one of the premised cut rolls that will be my breakfast tomorrow. The attached café didn't like us from the ambience, empty and oldbacksch. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for the Silesian specialties on the website. I give here 4 points due to the award by the gourmet, but I'm not sure if I would drive 20 km for a new test purchase."

"Das Café Baristini ist nicht unbedingt eine Weltreise wert, doch wenn man mal in der Gegend ist, sollte man unbedingt reinschauen - als Laatzener gern auch regelmäßig. Das Eis ist superlecker und das beste im Radius bis zur Hannoverschen Innenstadt. Insbesondere die Sorte Dunkle Schokolade ist zu empfehlen. Die Milchshakes sind vorzüglich, die Paninis genießbar. Das Frühstück konnten wir noch nicht probieren - dafür macht das Café an Sonn- und Feiertagen zu spät auf. Die Inneneinrichtung ist harmonisch, Service sehr freundlich. Uns gefällt am besten die große Kinderecke mit dem Spielzeug und den vielen Büchern. Klasse für Familien. Wir waren schon oft dort und kommen sicher auch häufig wieder."

"The best first, the environment is quite authentic, it really feels like an American diner. they did not allow dogs in the restaurant, so that they care about hygiene to the chef. unfortunately not. he touched our burgers without gloves and during the preparation of the meal he checked his handy. pretty disgusting. the fries were fat, still under sodburn!"
