"Having had a terrible experience at the Clos de Bernard where we just left we have a fantastic time at Blanchot. We arrived for coffee on Valentines day where they had all the tables laid for lunch. A warm welcome and asked if we...would like to sit in or outside. we asked for outside they quickly unlaid a table and brought drinks with a lovely homemade cookie on the side. We also ate here the week before and had an excellent meal again with great service."

"Cute personal, but burger probably the worst in the whole meribel. slow, very poor burger. slower service and if they have 17 years old, they can not have half beer as there is a rule over 18s (also with a meal)"

"We ordered a scrapbook for four, which is regional. While we are in savoy, we were served not an old-fashioned raclette with a real big cheese, but a vulgar grilled raclette, all worn, with slices of cheese without any doubt industrial and insipid and very bad range meatcuterie. all for an exorbitant amount of 90 euros, for ridiculous portions of cheese and charcuterie! cherry on the cake, extra pay if we wanted more. empty restaurant while neighboring restaurants are full, we understand why! On the other hand, adorable waiter! at any cost!!"

"Cafe Mott is tucked away on the left just above Mottaret centre when you ski down from Plattiers side of the mountain. Well worth finding for an inexpensive lunch or a great BBQ steak. Late in the season it gets the sun on the terrace so this is our favourite time to visit. Steaks here are really good value as is the Plat Du Jour. Well worth findign this one."

"I loved this place. the day began with amazing coffee and freshly baked cookies (they were free). also at the end of the day finished with a fantastic selection of crying. amuse bouche offered every evening (a taste of her amazing suppening or some discs. of ham and cornichons). in any case not to miss!"

"We were skiing over towards Courchevel, wanted lunch but not at the ridiculous prices charged there. We should have looked more carefully before sitting at a table which had spectacular views. euros for an average salad and for a beer is really...too much to pay and would prevent us returning. The views are stupendous and the staff friendly in a “French cool” way and whatever I say, there will be people queuing up for the scene and the scenery. They will need deep pockets."
