"We are disappointed with an institution that has such a high rating. Seasonal overprice for me, 4 shrimps and 4 asparagus 400 hryvnias. Same story with veal. The only thing I liked was the rumbambar dessert. It would also be good if the waiters knew the menu better and could give some advice. Service: 1"

"We visited this place regarding Google comments on 20th of August 2021. That was our last night in Lviv and we realized that we choosed amazing place for our last night.We ordered 7 different cocktails and every cocktail was awesome. Waiters were so much friendly. Thank you for that. The bar was so cozy, we liked that. We paid 1435 uah for 9 cocktails. That was not too cheap but worth it.I hope we’ll cheers again at the same table next year or later :"

"Everything is very clean and fancy. Staff is very pleasant. Food is good and a bit overpriced. They have a terrace on the 7-th floor opened in warm period of the year."

"Nice place for business trips and holidays with family. There are mini zoo with different small animals. Also small outdoor museum with mini-models of castles. In the outdoor dining pool is possible to swim when it is open. I wasn't on reconstraction like during my stay. Overall very good hotel."

"I ate here recently based on the reviews I saw online and sadly I was really disappointed with their burger the biggest problem was the bread bun tasted really stale as if it had been in the freezer for months and then reheated just to make this burger. This stale tasting bread totally ruined the burger for me and the base of it was really hard. Also it looks nice serving people on a wooden chopping board and having the fries in a basket but it makes eating the burger much messier then having everything on a single plate that can catch the bread crumbs. It would also be nice if they gave you a knife with the burger so you can cut it in half which makes it much easier to hold in your hand without the contents falling out. A good hamburger should have it's cheese nicely melted on top and should have cooked onions which brings out it's sweetness, not raw onions. I would certainly not recommend people come here to eat hamburgers."
