"The first time in the forest plant Wurlgrund in Lychen/Uckermark a fast hiking week took place. For me fasting was a new experience and I look back on an interesting week. Morning gymnastics, autogenous training, fascia training or yoga. After the common tea drink, the group began to wander past the hidden lakes every morning in the beautiful winter environment of Lychen. After the common tea drink at noon in the evening you can relax various snacks and many teas. Then there were interesting lectures and tips on the agenda. One evening, the Lord of the House, the Galerist, gave an interesting presentation about the painter, the graphic artist Lovis Corinth (1858 1925), from which he presented a large collection in his gallery. I feel fit and can now continue with new energy."
