"Can’t beat these delicious $5 schnitzel rolls, bargain sweeties and most reasonably priced drinks you’ll find.<br/ <br/ What a cracking bakery.<br/ <br/ If you’re an apple cake lover, make sure you indulge in one of these. They are amazing! And $2.<br/ <br/ Need a loafers in every suburb.<br/ I come back time and time again."

"I visit Matchless for breakfast once a week. The service is great, food is well prepared, eggs are the best, and coffee is consistently good. I read the papers and watch the rush of Glenferrie Rd, and focus on a hard morning's consulting. There's variety and best of all, no mass production. Each order is prepared carefully, efficiently and the two blokes who run the place enjoy the early morning banter with regulars. It has a really local buzz."

"Went to Ped's for dinner with the girls this week.Food was great coconut prawns were delicious as were the curry and chicken dishes. Presentation is excellent and the pancakes with green custard and coconut ice cream yummy.The noise level is a bit much concrete floor doesn't provide good acoustics and they need to do something about an automatic close on the front door as it's freezing and annoying to have to get up to keep closing if"

"Sat outside in the courtyard and service was really slow. I ordered a side of Rye toast so that I could have it with my eggs (should already come with eggs but anyway) it took them agessss to bring out one piece of toast, by this point my food was already cold to enjoy it with toast. Long story short, they charged me $7 for one thin piece of rye bread. $7!!!!!! That is an absolute joke and I’m not happy jan. Daylight robbery at its finest. Their excuse for the toast taking long to come out was that they were busy... it wasn’t even busy and how long does it really take to toast some bread?!"
