"On a driving tour through Provence last week, the owner of the AirBnB we stayed at recommended this restaurant to us and got us a reservation for lunch. Perched on the edge of the town, it is totally unassuming and in fact at first we...didn't see the sign. All the food was amazing, but the gazpacho which was topped with a tomato-basil sorbet and a citrus foam was something I could hardly believe we were eating on a 35 C day. Was it desert? Was it a soup? It was one of the best things I have ever tasted and I have eaten all over the world. This restaurant deserves a Michelen star or two for sure!"

"Exceptionally tranquil and luxury feeling surroundings with very welcoming staff and exclusive feeling ambiance We dined as non-hotel guests so the hole experience for us centered around the dining aspect of the hotel only. The food was very good indeed but relative to other peer establishments in the Luberon region, not worthy of the extraordinarily high prices. We had a 4 course meal (two of us) with two spritzers and 2 glasses of wine and the bill came to Euro 250. The meal comprised a 3 course set menu at Euro 90 per person but with an additional cheese course. The bill seemed far too much given the quality and quantity of the food and the fact that the wine we had was home grown on the venue's own vineyard. We dine a lot, all over the world and so are confident in saying that for the experience food we had, a price point of Euro 180 would be more appropriate. Clearly for those who don't care about value then go wild! Those that do consider value and sustainability etc best familiarize yourselves with the menu beforehand."

"Nice disappointment Intakes that are not tasty, little copyy, and a passable service. Nevertheless, the coast was good. For a map at that price, I expected better. The frame is nice, making them win a star. I'm not coming back."
