It was a cool September day when we came to our rooms. That the windows were tilted to the air I felt as pleasant and then closed as it was quite cool. We hired the heater to heat it up. But far the heating remained cold, the same our friend also experienced in his EZ, even the light in the hall did not burn. All right, we went to our great food. In the restaurant we told the owner, but we were wiped with the statement that they were warm in the apartment over the hotel rooms and because there was only one heating circuit that could not be possible. Here, too. We sat at our table when another guest left the hotel because of non-burning lamps and an unworking heating. Very strange, right? Where the heating is supposed to work... A very friendly service boss gives us the menu. Menu: a surprise menu and a menu? The surprise menu was too dared to order and the Spanferkel menu did not match our taste. So we ordered a la carte. My husband and our friend chose rust roasts although I no longer 100% white and I Balsam Thymian lenses with late zle. When my court came, I was more than surprised. Nothing appealing on the plate and how great the pictures have been on the website... Latezle with thick lens soup. It was impossible for us to answer if everything is right, so disappointed was about the experience. We dispensed with dessert or another drink, paid and went to another place. I myself didn't take breakfast to me because I didn't get the lentil soup partout. Our friend was first at the breakfast table and noticed that the head of the house had disagreements with other house guests. Then he came to our friend. And now to them! As they treated my pregnant wife yesterday, it's probably the last thing I can do without such guests. And then they don't even order a menu, they don't even order that shit! Will NIEMALS become more of this so highly praised by whom please? Visit restaurant/hotel and only everyone we know about it! Mr Daniele di Fabio should be ashamed to treat guests like this! And his apology attempt was just ridiculous after he performed so much before. The food There was a greeting from the kitchen. A delicious pea foam in the espresso cup. Otherwise everything is to be read above. Breakfast was very good. The Ambience Restaurant: A room with covered tables. Rooms: bed, desk, chair and 3 sofas I lacked attention to detail cleanliness It was okay in the room. The entrance to the rooms was as mentioned above."
