"If I had been a mystery shopper, this restaurant would have had a very low rating. Let's say that it's like in the advertising for the benchmark brand, not very good, not expensive... for the collection, nothing to complain about, pleasant cashier, smiling and fast. On the kitchen side, nonchalant cuisine, which had not taken the trouble to find out about the sauces present in the kitchen. I had fish so I had to serve myself at the buffet where the only recognizable sauce was pepper. Aside from the kindness of the cook who left a few minutes later and was replaced, I suppose he must have a lot of turnover...and a definite lack of motivation... On the buffet side, I regret the absence of a sign indicating the name of the product present even if we can recognize what we are perhaps going to eat but above all and I think that fortunately for me I do not have any allergies since there are no lists ingredients regarding potential allergens in foods. Which I believe is obligatory! You need a sign with the risk of allergens! Especially since these are mostly industrial and/or frozen products! I return to the kitchen, the head chef, I think, makes his sous chefs or clerks uncomfortable given his language and his non-discretion... and I want to say that because he is black that you talk to him like that! Especially since this one was less mousy than the chef who cooked my fish or he had to ask me how to cook the fish...um hum the meat I understand but the fish...lack of training I suppose, we won't not remember everything lol One positive point, hygiene, nothing to complain about clean room, clean dishes, clean table and ideal play area for children... Conclusion, well it's not bad, but not sure that I would recommend it.. . after all, you don't have to imagine luxury, but let's say that I have better memories of the chicken panini taken in the same center as in this restaurant."
