"Been there twice so far. Its within walking distance of where we are staying, so for us convenient. My meals were wonderful and the staff friendly. My wife's first meal was fantastic. I wished I had made the same choice. Her second meal was octopus which she found a little tough and could not eat all of it. That being said our overall experience was very good. Would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The meal was served in reasonably sized carboard takeaway containers. Some might not find this agreeable but for me this is great. If the meal is too big, I can take home what I did not finish. Also not using plastic is much better for the environment."

"After checking Hours and confirming that they were 8am to 3pm decided to visit for a quick coffee. Arrived at 2.45pm at the counter to order two coffees and was informed that the machine had been turned off but we would be be able to purchase cake. A wasted visit.I was not going to mention but I will now. I had visited this cafe several days earlier and had coffee and a peanut butter brownie. The coffee was ok but the brownie was dry and burnt black in the bottom. A great need to improve if this cafe is to succeed considering the large number of cafe surrounding it."

"Underwhelming. The newspaper review some time back raved about the food. So we took the trip down. Initially the menu looked great and the staff were chilled and happy to see customers.The black coffee I ordered honestly tasted like the good old stuff out of the tin. My wife's flat white was flat all right and little coffee taste. My wife's lamb rosti. The rosti was hard outside kinda tasteless inside and shredded lamb was dry. Also came with extra side of bacon. The grandma's fried rice. I zip all over Perth trying out various Currys and fried rice dishes at Malay and Indonesian restaurants and cafes. So to my taste this did not rate. We were really thinking are we getting to fussy. But the bill was over 70 bucks and for this amount of food and price should be amazing. Oh and the side dish of potato rosti was the Woolies or Coles type out of box. For the price point, they are easy to make fresh as frozen potato hash browns I never buy but make my own. Grate potato. Roll it in multi layers of kitchen paper and squeeze out water. Repeat. Season mix and add anything you like. Perhaps some salmon pieces or shredded bacon. Good quality. Then flatten mix in a pan after melting some oil and butter mix. Leave it alone and shake pan to loosen rosti as it cooks. Eventually when underside golden brown place a large plate on top of pan and flip rosti out. Then place underside of rosti back in pan cooking other side. Bam. This is a rosti not a cheap one out of box which anyone can heat up at home. Sorry to sound negative and we were wishing for better. But everyone's tastes are different."
