"Since 3 years we are use to go there during our Holliday. On my previous reviews I wrote, high price but related to quality of the food.... But my last experience was more like being robbed. Name of plates note really related to what is served. Side orders served cold, need to send it back just a reminder a plate is around 35€... , But will the side order is being warmed the main plate is getting cold. Only ' 'sorry ' ' from the staff due to the situation. On my side I will tell you to go somewhere else, there is plenty nice restaurants in the area with more level than this one. At the end we spend around 150€ for 2 for a food quality that could be executed by anyone with some skills. A special note for the creme brulee, which was like a orange gelly..."

"We arrived in the area late on a Monday night (11pm) and without having had dinner and stumbled on Plano5 still open. Although the kitchen was closed they knew we were hungry and got us fed! It was so good we came back for breakfast the next day, and then dinner and then again for coffee and dessert on our last night. We tried almost everything on the menu and loved it all. Highlights included the breakfast yogurt, tomato soup, fried pork with pickles, chicken samosas and almond cake. We also really appreciated the travel advice and maps we got on 2 of the visits. Amazing!"

"The owner became very aggressive when, after complaining, getting nowhere, paying the bill and then asking for the complaint book, He refused. I was eventually returned my money. I left 10 euros for the wine and bread. The abuse from the aggressive owner continued outside the restaurant and, had there not been other guests outside I believe he would have became physical. I have eaten there MANY times over the years and will NOT be going back. If you have a bad experience here do not expect to receive anything other than abuse and aggression! Even though we didn 't eat our meals I would have 'accepted ' a bit of discount and been on my way. The attitude of the owner and waitress who actually said normally the prawns and squid are rarer than this , the ONLY way they could have been rarer would have been if they were still swimming in the ocean!!!"
